- As your full name coach you will receive unlimited support and accountability at the times you need it most via Whatsapp or Mai Address

- 40 minute video call 1-1's every month to discuss of your health and exercises.


Step 4 Choose one;

One to One Live Personal Training

- Meet video call every training time

During live streamed classes the instructor can see you, hear you, check your form and suggest modifications based on your performance that day. Interact with us and benefit from motivation, guidance and support as though you were in the park or gym with us.
