I believe in holistic, science-led fitness – in other words, tailoring exercise and nutrition principles to fit the specific needs of the individual. I’ve been a dedicated personal trainer and sports coach since 2013. My specialisations include:

I love exercise, particularly learning different ways to move and understand my body. Whether it’s bodybuilding, yoga, weightlifting, gymnastics, ultra running, surfing – each experience teaches me something new that I can apply to my work as a personal trainer. It’s pretty fun!
My interest in exercise and sports began when a childhood started when I met a professional volleyball player. This period of my life taught me that told how important sports are.I started to voleyball, developing a deep love for the sport. As my fitness progressed, I played more and more, eventually going on to compete full time in a number ofvoleyball team. My focus became improving my build to aid my on-court performance, and I started to learn about strength and conditioning.
My interest in personal well-being developed at university. No longer training as a full-time athlete, I found it very challenging to maintain my health while working towards my degree. My research of physical training focused on protocols that could deliver time-efficient results. This experience inspired me to qualify as a personal trainer and help coach other people to achieve their fitness goals within the confines of a busy lifestyle. At the same time, thanks to my interest in children, I worked as a sports coach for a long time and contributed to the training of many successful athletes.
