Tennis Lessons

Tennis is a full body workout. Swinging the racket works the muscles of your arms, shoulders and back. You use the muscles of your lower body to run, crouch and move on the spot.In tennis you have to react fast to where your opponent is moving, judge the timing between the oncoming ball and where it’s going to land.It’s a great workout for your hand-eye coordination.

In addition, volleyball improves hand-eye coordination, reflexes. Volleyball teaches teamwork and communication and is a great social activity.
